Meet the Owner!

Allow me to take you through the journey of how Dream Cafe came to be! 

Hello my name is Trinity Marks, and when I was 17 years old I started my first business. Dreaming Sweets, a culmination of my family dessert recipes, paired with my curiosity and ambition to see all that I could do. This materialized into delicious varieties of cakes, cookies, popcorn, cotton candy and more. Leading to my dream, a storefront, opening in September of 2022 in Downtown Douglasville Georgia.

After seeing years of success in my work, being awarded and growing connections, I decided to advance! Purchasing my first food truck in 2024. From there I was able to experience the freedoms of being able to meet your customers where they are. Igniting corporate partnerships through catering, and meeting my next entrepreneurial joy. Becoming a barista!

Now standing in 2026, I’ve come to hold three businesses! Dreaming Sweets the food truck, Nibble and Graze the mobile Charcuterie Cart, and Dream Cafe! The mobile cart and soon to be brick and mortar! I look forward to meeting your interests, and learning your orders.
