Dreaming Sweets ATL, LLC is fully licensed and insured. We are also ServSafe Certified.

Because there is extensive preparation required leading up to your special event, we have a minimum order requirement.

PICKUP OR DELIVERY CATERING PACKAGE

• Our minimum order for pickup or delivery dessert catering package is $200. Catering package serving amounts may vary according to which options you select. Contact us for options!

BOOKING THE TRAILER

Our Mobile Dessert Bar dessert trailer has a $700 minimum.

You have 2 options for reaching our minimum:

OPTION 1

You, the host, can pre-pay for your guests.

OPTION 2

Your guest can each pay for their own order during the event. We will give you a sales report at the end of your event to track sales.  If your guests order enough to meet our minimum requirement, GREAT!  

If your guests do not meet our minimum order requirement by the end of your scheduled service time, you pay the difference. We will give you a sales update midway through your service time so you can see how far you may be from the minimum. This gives you an opportunity to encourage your guest to purchase more!

The minimum for our Mobile Dessert Bar dessert trailer includes

• Travel and set up within a 20 mile radius. Additional milage rates apply beyond 20 miles.
• 2 hour guest service time between the hours of 11am to 8pm. Additional service time available in hour increments only. 

Gratuity is appreciated, but is completely at the discretion of the client

Yes, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date.  This deposit is credited towards your balance.

HOWEVER, in the event you need to change your date or weather prevents, your deposit is transferrable to a future available date.  Available dates are subject to Dreaming Sweets ATL, LLC availability.

Your remaining balance is due the day of your event. 

UNDERSTAND, we WILL NOT begin to setup until your balance is paid in full. *Refer to accepted form of payments below.

Once you are ready to book your date, we will email you a Square invoice. You can pay via credit card or debit card. We also accept Zelle. Please keep in mind that your date is not reserved until the 25% deposit is made.

We DO NOT accept checks of any kind. (not even company checks)

We DO NOT accept CashApp.

For security purposes, we are a cashless dessert trailer.

Our dessert trailer is 7x12 ft. With space needed for our generators, we require a total space of at least 15x25 ft, 25 feet vertical clearance. Parking area must be able to support vehicle weight of 10.000 pounds.

Guest service times refers to the actual time we will serve guests during your event.  

Regular booking times available between 11am to 8pm.  Additional services fees are applied for service times outside of these hours.  If you require additional time, fees must be paid in full in advance.

Cancellation MUST be made no later than 5 business days.  In the event of cancellation, your deposit will be applied as stated in the above deposit clause.

In the event Dreaming Sweets should have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive your deposit back in full or you can choose to apply your deposit towards a future available date.

SAFETY FIRST!

if the weather in unsafe for setting up our dessert trailer, Dreaming Sweets will make the call to reschedule for another day or postpone setup and guest service times. We will always consider safety above all else. Rest assured, we will work with you as best we can to re-schedule if necessary.

If your event is on private property, you typically will not be required to obtain an event permit. If your event is on public property, you will likely need a permit from your local authorities.  It is solely the client's responsibility to check with authorities to verify that Dreaming Sweets ATL, LLC can park and serve at your event site. If your event is shut down by the authorities for any reason, you are not entitled to a refund and funds will not be transferred to a future date.
