Dreaming Sweets Order Policy

DEPOSIT TO RESERVE DATE

For special orders, a requirement of 50% of your order total (NON-REFUNDABLE) deposit is required at the time of order placement to secure your date.

DEPOSIT REFUND

Our deposits are NO-REFUNDABLE for any and all reasoning. However, your deposit can be applied towards a future Dreaming Sweets order if desired. Order date is subject to availability. 

DEPOSIT PAYMENT

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your date.  You will receive an invoice to pay your deposit or you can pay the deposit in our store.  If your deposit is not paid within 3 calendar days, your invoice will be canceled and you may be subject to choosing a new pickup/delivery date. Dates are subject to availability. 

REMAINING BALANCE

Your remaining balance will be due NO LATER THAN 7 calendar days before your scheduled pickup or delivery date; unless otherwise stated on your invoice.  

You will be granted 2 calendar days grace period to pay your remaining balance. If your remaining balance is not paid during this time, your order will be canceled. Please refer to the DEPOSIT REFUND section.

We require 7 calendar days notice to change your order. Changes of any kind CANNOT be made after this time.

PICKUP

You are required to pickup your order during your scheduled pickup time.  Should you not be able to pickup during that time, please give us a call to try and schedule an alternative pickup time. PLEASE NOTE we will do our best to accommodate you, but alternative pickup time is subject to DREAMING SWEETS availability. Be aware that due to scheduling, Dreaming Sweets may not be able to accommodate an alternative time. 

DELIVERY

If Dreaming Sweets, or authorized delivery service, will be delivering your order, you must be present to sign for receipt of delivery.  If you are not present at the scheduled time of pickup, you will need to make alternate arrangements to pickup your order. 

PLEASE NOTE we will do our best to accommodate you, but alternative pickup times are subject to DREAMING SWEETS availability. Be aware that due to scheduling, Dreaming Sweets may not be able to accommodate an alternative time. 

Once an order has been picked up or received by you or your designated party, it is considered "Accepted"

ALLERGY NOTICE

All of our products are made with shared kitchen equipment that may have come in contact with ingredients containing one or more of the following allergens. 

Peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, eggs, dairy, wheat, etc. If you have food allergies, it is recommended that you do not consume our products. 

POPCORN KERNELS

There is a chance that some popcorn kernels may present a choking hazard. Please be cautious when consuming popcorn. 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By placing an order with Dreaming Sweets, you agree to inform your guests of this allergy notice and agree to hold Dreaming Sweets or its agents harmless for allergic and /or other reactions.
